Q. Where is my order? 

A. You can check your order status online. Fill in a bit of information and we’ll tell you what we know.

Q. How do I cancel or change my order?

Q. How does Autoship work? 

A. For the products that are available to be autoshipped your purchase the item just like a normal item, at checkout you select to have the item(s) autoshipped and how often you would like them shipped to you, 30, 60 or 90 days. The first time you purchase an item you pay full price, with every following autoship of them item you pay a discounted price. There is no contract and you can change or cancel your autoship at any time by calling customer service at 1-866-206-9876. For more information on Autoship please visit our Autoship page.

Q. Do you have gluten-free emergency food? 

A. We are pleased to inform you that we currently have gluten-free emergency food in the formulation stage. Because of recent world events and the demand for our current products, we are at the moment running at full capacity and do not have an exact timeline for when the buckets will be completed. You may join our email list pending the announcement of our gluten-free line by sending an email to: customercare@activz.com and putting “gluten-free” in the subject line.

Q. Do you add MSG to your food? 

A. At Activz we are very careful with the quality of our food and do not add MSG to any of our products. We consciously provide you with healthy, affordable food that you can enjoy now or save for later
