Returning or Exchanging Items

General

To process your return as quickly as possible, please contact us at 1.855.782.0447 for a Return Authorization Number. Also there will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned item that is within 30 days from time of delivery. Orders returned after 30 days will not be accepted


Damaged

If an item that you ordered arrives damaged, you have 30 days from time of delivery to call us. We are happy to process a claim with UPS and get replacement product shipped out to you immediately, and at no cost to you.


Unwanted

If, upon receiving your order, you decide that you no longer want the items that you've ordered, you can ship the unopened product back to Activz, at your cost, for a refund on that item.


Other

Should any product not meet your expectations, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed. We want to ensure that you get what you pay for and will do everything in our power to make things right.

 

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or gift packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • When and by whom the purchase was made
  • Reason for the return
  • Purchase price of the item(s)

Please specify whether you would like an exchange, refund or store credit.
